Pheko stands as a groundbreaking solution in India’s recycling landscape. In a system heavily reliant on manual scrap collection, this app reshapes the norm. Seamlessly connecting residents with local scrap dealers through a digital interface, it enables scheduled pickups for recyclables and optimizes collection routes. This innovative approach not only enhances recycling accessibility for residents but also streamlines operations for scrap dealers, transforming India’s recycling into a more efficient, organized model.
As the UX Designer for the team, I conducted user research, designed visual system as well as the logo, and created lo-fi prototypes for our developers in the team. Additionally, I focused on enhancing the overall user experience by fine-tuning user interactions and animations.
