Identity Design → Soil Culture

Soil Culture is a public art project that invites participants to explore the hidden layers of the land through walking and embodied engagement. I collaborated with artists Julie Poitras Santos and Maria Patricia Tinajero to design the project's logo and event map, visualizing the journey through the site. This collaboration unfolded over a year, culminating in a public walk in Beverly, MA, where attendees navigated and reflected on the landscape.

The project examines soil degradation within capitalist cycles of consumption and production, making visible what is often overlooked. By engaging with the site firsthand, participants developed a deeper awareness of the environmental and social impact of soil exploitation.
